  • Sehr nettes Personal, Familienunternehmen mit Herz, Lage mitten in der Natur, Spielzimmer und Pool für die Kinder, gutes Essen, freundlich und hilfsbereit

  • Frühstück vielleicht schon 7:30 Uhr, da die Skischulen schon so zeitig beginnen zwei Schlüssel pro Zimmer dunkle Brötchen (mehr Auswahl)

  • Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, Theke und Bedienung ganz ganz toll, Zimmer super. Schwimmbad ein a. alles toll nur...

  • Die Dame am Empfang sollte doch bitte mal etwas freundlicher sein, schon aus diesem Grund würden wir nicht mehr dort hinfahren wollen. Ich kann überhaubt nicht verstehen, wie man so mit Gästen umgeht. ganz wichtig, das mit dem Rauchen auf Balkonen oder im Restaurant sollte bitte geändert und deutlich gemacht werden. Der nette Herr an der Theke (vielleicht der Chef) hat uns dann ausnahmsweise erlaubt zu rauchen, sonst hätten wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Wenn das Wetter schön ist, ist es für uns auch kein Problem draußen zu sitzen.

Vážení,
voucher na ubytování byl vystaven již dopředu, takže host ví, kolik bude platit.
Pokud mu cena nevyhovuje nemusí objednávku potvrdit.
Cena je dle ceníku jednolůžkového pokoje a 150 Kč za psa/nehledě na to, že
bylo ubytování pouze na jednu noc !
Na našich www.stránkách je uvedeno přesně, co cena obsahuje - jídlo a pití a
domácí zvířectvo není v ceně zahrnuto.
Bohužel zákaz kouření je při podávání jídel omezeno - bezohledným kuřákům to
vadí, ale že omezují nekuřáky to nikoliv?
